The start

Credithome sells financial products to retail customers. The loans and credits are wide-ranging and can be used mainly to finance home purchases, car purchases, property renovation, holidays, and health care, but also include personal loans, movable and immovable property insurance, and pension savings. The company sells to a number of target groups through call center services, which requires the continuous update and expansion of their database, so we have been working with them for a year now on a long-term basis.

The goal

Acquiring sales qualified leads for the sale of various credit products, continuously throughout the year, in large volumes.

The solution

The themes of our existing surveys allow us to collect and deliver data from interested parties who want to take out a loan for a specific purpose (renovation, travel, car purchase, smart TV purchase, etc.). For example, those who complete our property survey know exactly who is planning to renovate a home or buy a house with a loan in the near future, while our family test can easily identify those who are considering a personal loan for an expected major expense.

We redirect relevant visitors to our research, i.e. primarily those who are planning to spend on activities involving higher expenditure, such as the aforementioned home renovation, house purchase, car purchase, etc. This way, our database always contains relevant, high-converting leads – of which we have only provided Credithome with the contact details of those who have chosen to pursue a particular goal with a loan.

The result

The monthly lead volume requested by Credithome for different credit products (e.g. personal loans, credit cards) is delivered on a regular basis, even for specific topics such as debt settlement.
